With all my trips to Las Vegas over the years, I had never been to the Palazzo Hotel before. It was time for a visit. It was absolutely beautiful inside. There are many options to choose from when it comes to food. What caught my attention was Lavo. Not only did they have a large presence inside the hotel but also outside facing Las Vegas Boulevard.
