One of my favorite things about exploring Hong Kong is discovering places where the food is just as much a part of the experience as the atmosphere. This food hall was one of those spots, offering a wide variety of food options all under one roof. We simply ordered from the tablet at our table, and the food was brought straight to us—easy and convenient! Beyond the food, I loved that it was also a place to hang out, catch up with friends, and soak up the lively atmosphere. It felt less like a traditional food court and more like a social gathering spot where good food and good company go hand in hand.

After a busy day of exploring Hong Kong, I couldn’t think of a better way to unwind than with a chilled glass of Prosecco. Light, bubbly, and refreshing, it was just what I needed to slow down, relax, and ease into the evening.
We started with truffle fries and garlic aioli, alongside a plate of edamame. The perfect mix of indulgent and light bites to enjoy with our drinks!

A classic miso soup was a simple, comforting addition to the meal, warm and savory with that familiar umami flavor that never disappoints.

Perfect for sharing were the pan-fried pot stickers, or jiaozi, with their golden, crispy bottoms and tender, flavorful filling.

To round out our feast, we shared an assortment of sushi rolls, each offering its own combination of fresh flavors, tender rice, and colorful fillings. Beautifully presented and perfect for picking at together, they were a delicious way to end our food hall adventure!

Enjoy!
