I never expected to find a central European restaurant in the middle of Boulder, Colorado. When I saw Bohemian Biergarten and took a look at their menu I knew I had to check them out. Their menu had foods from Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, and Hungary. The restaurant was a beautiful historic building with vaulted ceilings and brick walls. While traveling around the US, it is easy to come across a variety of wineries, breweries and distilleries. I always enjoy visiting those places. But in Boulder, Colorado, I got very excited when we came across a Meadery.
