Located near Mississippi’s state capital of Jackson is the city of Clinton. When you exit the highway for Clinton, you will see an array of chain restaurants but off in the distance you will see a green sign for The Froghead Grill.     It’s a local casual dining restaurant that specializes in Cajun food. They have a cute theme with frog decorations all over the place. Plus they have their own little pet frogs in tanks.
