There is a food truck in Nashville called Hoss’ Loaded Burgers. They became so successful that they finally were able to open their first Brick & Mortar location. All their burgers are stuffed, their take on the “Juicy Lucy” that you will find up in Minneapolis. You order at the counter when you enter the restaurant. BBQ restaurants that I visit almost always smoke their own meats, however, the smokers are usually outside or in the kitchen away from the view of the customers.
