Strolling up and down Historic River Street I came across a little bar called Bernie’s Oyster House. The building was an old pre-Civil War warehouse. There were several people inside and by the looks of it they were all locals. There was fun writing all over the brick walls from past visitors.    They had a sign for their mimosa that caught my attention. They called it a Sassy Mimosa. All along River Street there are tons of old buildings. Most of them are old warehouses that date back to the 1700s. Several of these warehouses have been converted to restaurants, bars, and hotels. I stopped into one of those bars called Cotton Exchange Tavern.     This place was packed. Every table was taken.
