I knew Glady’s Knight was a Grammy award winning legend but I never knew she was a restaurant entrepreneur in Atlanta. I love fried chicken – which I have written about on multiple occasions and waffles are a great breakfast food – I had honestly never had the 2 put together until I tried them at Glady’s Knights. This visit re-emphasized to me the importance of trying new things. The chicken wings that they serve are truly jumbo wings.
