I love food trucks. They are a symbol of entrepreneurship and creativity. Each truck has to stand out and have a hook. Melt is one of those food trucks and they specialize in grilled cheese. What I also love seeing is when a food truck gets so popular and grows into a traditional brick and mortar location. That is exactly what happened to Melt.
