I have written about Jackson’s a few years ago. I really enjoyed myself the last time I was there so I was looking forward to going back. What I remembered about my last visit is that they make a great sangria. It’s a fun layered sangria that I have not seen anywhere else. It is not too sweet; it’s a great blend of red wine, orange juice, pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine. It tastes best after mixing up all the layers. It is a shame I had to mess up the rainbow layers. I made sure to order…
