There is a food truck in Nashville called Hoss’ Loaded Burgers. They became so successful that they finally were able to open their first Brick & Mortar location. All their burgers are stuffed, their take on the “Juicy Lucy” that you will find up in Minneapolis. You order at the counter when you enter the restaurant. Then they make it all fresh to order and bring it to your table. I ordered The Hoss. The fresh beef patties were stuffed with cheddar cheese.
