I was in Harrisburg for a wedding recently and there was some time to kill between the ceremony and the reception. I was looking for a place to grab a quick drink and some munchies. Boro Bar and Grill was the perfect spot. The restaurant is in a perfect location along the Susquehanna River. Since it was winter the patio doors were closed, however, I could image how nice it is during the spring. The mozzarella cheese sticks were a good starter.
