Near the Montreal Underground City there are several restaurants. The Italian menu at Monza looked delicious so we decided to check them out for lunch. We had just gotten there when they opened for lunch. It was perfect timing. We sat at the bar for great service. Located in Centre Eaton de Montreal is a brewery/restaurant called 3 Brasseurs. They have many beers to choose from, as well as an assortment of cocktails ad a variety of sangrias. There are great views of the area. There is a Ferris Wheel that you can ride. Tickets are around $27.50 for adults. It’s a great way to see all of Montreal. Leave a CommentIf you are looking for a hotel that is conveniently located in downtown Montreal, and only 20 minutes from the airport then the Fairmont Le Reine Elizabeth is the perfect place. The hotel is beautiful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the staff. They are very friendly. The room is pretty standard, but the view out the window is spectacular. The first thing I thought of when we got to Guinness was the look of the gates. It’s like walking up to the entrance of Willie Wonka’s factory. Leave a CommentThis day was an interesting morning. It was the beginning of March and for the first time in Dublin since 2019, it was snowing. It was absolutely beautiful seeing the snow coming down and covering everything. The downside to the snow was almost everything shut down. There were no taxis to get around and the buses stopped. So, to get around, we had to walk. Luckily, we were prepared. We just factored in more time to get where we needed to be. Enjoy! T
