Las Vegas always amazes me, not because of the glitz and glamour. What amazes me is how many celebrity chefs have restaurants up and down the strip. I was excited to try Border Grill, which is owned by Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger. These chefs have been on Food Network’s Too Hot Tamales and Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Located inside Mandalay Bay, Border Grill is a modern take on Mexican food. I started off with one of my favorite cocktails.
