Continuing my Germantown food tour brought me to Saint Stephen. This restaurant had an outside courtyard all set up with picnic tables. Since it was a pretty afternoon that is where the group sat. They started us off with one of their cocktails – Cumberland Blues. This was their version of a Moscow Mule. They used a mint and cucumber vodka as the base. It was sweet and refreshing.
