There was a great bar and restaurant that I came across in New York called The Rag Trader. It has a speak-easy feel on the inside. Their bar is beautiful with mirrors and trinkets to look at. I started off with a Rose sangria. It was a blend of rose wine, elderflower, peach schnapps, orange liqueur, and ginger syrup. The drink was sweet and refreshing.
