After waking up to a beautiful Colorado sunrise and watching elk graze along the side of the street, it was time for breakfast. Estes Park offered a few options to choose from. When we came to Claire’s Restaurant, we thought this would be a great choice. The menu was filled with classic breakfast choices. I went for the simple classic breakfast. It was scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and an English muffin. There was a generous portion of scrambled eggs. I ended up chopping up my bacon and mixing it throughout my eggs.
