I was in Jacksonville, and I remembered there was a great diner I had been to before. Metro Diner was also featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives which has helped this restaurant expand to other locations. It was breakfast time so I was ready to enjoy their Classic Breakfast. It was simple, scrambled eggs, grits, and toast. There was a lot of food on the plate. The eggs were fresh. The grits had a great creamy and salty taste once I added some butter.
